Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via Aramex. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and vary depending on destination and current rates. Our team will confirm the exact shipping cost with you before finalising your order.

Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs charges are determined by your country's regulations and must be borne by the customer.

Payment

International orders are prepaid only. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return an item within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Wholesale and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. If you have already paid and need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once packaging and shipping has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

We welcome international bulk orders of 100 units or more. Bulk orders are considered final sale and are excluded from our standard return policy. Reach out to us on WhatsApp for wholesale enquiries and pricing.
